This vest is a whole lot of awesome. When I came across it at Forever 21 before the Holidays, I was a little unsure of whether this unique piece wasextremelybrilliant or just plain tacky. But, with some encouragement from one of my coworkers (Thanks, Manoucheka!) and the thrill of trying something new and SJP-ish, I decided to bring it home. With the emerald felt-like material and the splash of faux fur around the color, I decided to keep it simple pairing it with a slouchy great tee and a pair of ivory trousers. This outfit screams old school 70's to me but with a modern twist and boy do I love it. Can't wait to take on the challenge of how to style it next :)
