I knew I wanted to wear my polka dot blouse and leather shorts together and planned on wearing a bright cardigan with them as well. Somehow it looked fine in my mind's eye but once I put it on, it wasn't very cute. Before changing completely, I grabbed this teal blouse (seen here and here) and gave it a try. I loved this unexpected combination. I almost grabbed my plain black belt but felt the leopard was a bit more fun.
