f you know me at all, you KNOW how much I love Forever 21. I mean, what's not to love about a store that has fashion forward AND affordable pieces? I can (and usually do) spend hours in this clothing mecca searching, trying on, and doting over hundreds of skirts,accessoriesand cute dresses.
