So maybe I got a little too excited about the cooler temperatures coming through Atlanta with this look, but I couldn’t help it! Sure, the scarf is a bit excessive, but I just really REALLY love black tights! My favorite part about cold weather is being able to break out my favorite (from Express…I swear by these!) in opaque legwear. I just feel every outfit looks better when black tights are thrown in the mix…thank you fall!
