I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! After my first week back at work after vacation, the two days off were heavenly - I think it's always so hard settling back in after time away. Especially when that time away involved a cruise. And you know what that means... 24 hour food. Want a club sandwich at midnight? No problem, they'll bring you one quick as a flash! Needless to say, I feel like I've been on a famine since returning. But this is probably a good thing, if I constantly ate like I did on the cruise, well, I'd probably be the size of one.
So this got me thinking, how can I enjoy delicious treats as part of my everyday life while still making good choices? These are some simple suggestions to swap yourself skinny!
I love switching things up slightly so you can still have treats but they're not as bad for you. Do you know what else I love?
