I'm sure this isn't a surprise to any of you, but leather pants are huge this year.  Sure, it seems really intimidating, but don't discount it.  This trend is chic, sophisticated, and sexy.  You want to miss out on all of that?!  Tons of stars are participating in the trend.

Those ladies look great, but nobody rocks this trend quite like Olivia Palermo.  She masters the art of dressing them both up and down- always flawlessly showing their versatility.

 I love the two city looks above.  The raspberry pants (by Current/Elliott) matched with the navy jacket is a great easy outfit for strolling in the West Village.  The all black ensemble is New York chic perfectly accessorized with French Sole Shoes and an Hermes clutch.

I love how Olivia wore this casual shirt with leather pants!  This outfit is all about texture.  The leather pants aren't as eye catching, and therefore, they are much more "wearable" to the every day girl.  And yet, mixed with the velvet shoes, leather bag, and chambray shirt- the pants tie the whole look together!
