This past year, statement collars have been showing up everywhere. My obsession for these started in the beginning of fall. They can turn an ordinary neckline, into something marvelous. My absolute favorite are the detachable ones!! You can buy, one expensive sweater, and make it look like countless new tops. The ones I have posted below, are all from Forever 21.
