Can you believe this dress is from Forever21? I couldn't either. If you saw my latest haul you know I visited Forever21 over the weekend and did a little shopping. I originally went in looking for some skirts for work, but I couldn't help but try on this dress. It reminded me of DVF's signature wrap dresses - just for $25 instead of $250. Score!
