A little bit naughty a little bit nice...that's kind of what I was going for with this outfit.  Structured conservative skirt but paired with a funky skull button-up shirt.  It's always fun to mix, not only colors and patterns, but also themes.  You don't have to be head to toe preppy or head to toe rocker, combining a little of each makes for a great mix!
