Ask most women and they’ll admit that foundation is a key step in their daily routine. But finding one that covers flaws flawlessly well that can be a challenge.

I have to say I was intrigued by Emma Stone’s commercial for Revlon’s New Nearly Naked Makeup. The actress shares the secret behind her raspy voice a six-month long screaming fit when she was a baby as a lead-in to her big beauty secret which is, of course, that she is the only one who knows she’s wearing her fabulous Revlon makeup (kudos to Revlon’s advertising team for grabbing my attention).

The product comes in 16 shades that are said to be “true to tone”, features SPF 20 and claims to be “makeup so refreshingly light, it melts right in.”

I purchased this foundation last Friday in the shade 150 Nude, a little apprehensive that it wouldn’t match my skin tone (I selected it with no mirror and only the feedback of my BF who, let’s be honest, knows absolutely nothing about makeup), but it turns out Nude actually blends perfectly into my skin.

This foundation really is super lightweight and I love that it has SPF (and I’ll love that even more this summer). The coverage is very buildable and looks very natural which is an absolute plus in my book and I actually like this foundation better than the Merle Norman I was using before. The only downside is that the packaging does not read that it’s non-comedogenic (meaning it doesn’t clog pores), but I have not experienced any breakouts.

Have you tried this foundation? Tell me what you think!

~XOXO JESSI
