Hola fashionistas, I’m back for a new fall edition of Thrifty Thursdays. I know you missed me and my budget conscious shopping tips. I am refreshed from NYFW and ready to give you my suggestions of how to buy this falls hottest trends. With enough to purchase those seriously fab boots you have your eye on. The trend I will focus on this week is leather. Leather is everywhere this fall, and not limited to just jackets or accessories. This season it’s all about the leather pant. Now before you pull out those biker style pants from the early 90’s…stop, we are not wearing those. These leather pants have a biker feel, but with a modern edge. The trend for this season is leather pants with knit fabrics. I am in fashion love with my BCBG faux leather leggings, which I wore to the BCBG show during NYFW earlier this month.

Since my BCBG leather leggings don’t qualify to be featured for Thrifty Thursdays. I decided out of the kindness of my heart to find for you, my lovely fashionistas a more affordable version. Piperlime, an e-commerce based store, has a fabulous pair of vegan leather leggings for under 60.00 by Dex. The leggings can flatter many figures, from boyish to curvy. What I love about these leggings is how easily they can be paired with an oversized cable knit sweater, to a tuxedo blazer. Finish off the look with a simple pair of black pumps (leather or suede) and a structured clutch to compete a uptown chic look.

Well fashion lovers that’s it for this edition of Thrifty Thursdays, I am so excited about what I will find for you this fall!

In love and fabulosity,

Ms.Fabulosity
