I recently sported this look at a Fashion's Night Out event in Washington, DC. I was inspired  by the oversized striped clutch which I've had for several years. There are endless outfit options with the various colors that make up the clutch. The black peplum top paired with blue pants and a fuschia necklace were the perfect pops of color to complete this look.
