Bonjour Frock Stars. I’m going to keep it short and sweet this week.  Basically, I love animal prints (of any kind).  I think that animal prints have the ability to be made appropriate for any occasion, and can flatter any body type.  However, I’m not talking about your typical prints (leopard, zebra, giraffe), I’m talkin silhouettes… Like birds, cats, horses, and doggies (especially pugs… they’re my fave).  Remember, everything I’ve found is $50 and under, so no matter what your budget is, you can still be fierce.  This spring, party like an animal hunty.

Free As A Bird:

Animal Print Dress

Where would I wear this?… To werq.

Atelier 61, Bird Print Dress $26 – Printed dresses are amazing.  If you’re rockin them curves… go for a smaller print, if you and Willow Smith have the same body… whip your hair back and forth, and slip into a larger print.  Yellow makes people happy, and it makes for a bangin Easter dress.

BooHoo, Ankle Booties $36 – Werq the ish out of your booties before it gets too hot. Booties edge out frilly frocks and make you look über stylish.

Rare London, Structured Bag $21 – I love a structured bag.  They polish off any look, and are never a bad choice.

H&M, Leather Belt $20 – Sissy that waist girl… You’ll instantly lose ten pounds.

Windsor Store, Beige Bracelet $10.90 –  Gold encrusted nudity is always a nice touch.

Amazon, Wedge Platforms $35 –  A brown closed toe wedge can werq year round.  Plus, it totally rocks when you haven’t had time to get a pedi.

Giani, Tiger Eye Earrings $17 –  Since fur is generally a statement on its own, you want to steer clear of a necklace.  A teardrop stud adds a touch of sparkle, without overdoing it.

Hold Your Horses:

 Animal Print Scarf

Where would I wear this?… To a family event, and then a party.

Topshop, Textured Pinny Dress $45 –  J’adore a textured white dress.  White hot.  It goes with everything, and looks sickening with brown tights off-season.

Delias, Denim Lace Jacket $50 –  You gotta have a cropped denim jacket, it’s a spring staple.  You can rock all of your summer sundresses early when you throw on a lil jacket.

ALDO, Lindall $40 –  Navy is an amazing transitional color.  Navy pumps are nautical chic during spring/summer, and they’re sophisticated and preppy during fall/winter.

VJ Style, Leather Tote $46 –  Gorge.  White and brown is my ultimate fave color combo.  I am obsessed with the pop of pink at the bottom of this bag.

Oliver Bonas, Horse Scarf $24 –  Serve up some Kentucky Derby Realness, because Preakness realness just isn’t that hot.  Dark blue makes the whites of your eyes pop.
