Happy New Years! Cheers to this being the first post of the year. I am not one to make New Year resolutions because I feel that, frankly, we should be making resolutions all year round. Among the dramatic changes that I've experienced this year, one of the most exciting is being able to take advantage of the bountiful opportunities that living in the States has as a blogger... including attending the holy grail of fashion events: New York Fashion Week! Thanks to Adidas NEO (remember that video I posted here?), I will be flown to New York to attend NYFW for two days to help plan the Adidas NEO fashion show as well as meet Selena Gomez! 

I was also lucky enough to be asked by Fashiolista and Miss KL as well to participate in this competition consisting of 30 bloggers competing to attend NYFW on an all-expenses paid trip (a few days later than I will be there for Adidas NEO). It would mean the world to me to stay longer at NYFW and see more shows, and I would love it if you all could vote for me here. By voting, you all have the chance to go as well! 

P.S. I adore these Burning Ground pants from the lovely Susan of Runway Scout! My love of printed pants (the high-rise is definitely an additional bonus) seems to only grow...
