Dress: vintage (For sale here SOLD), Cardigan: an ancient Cotton On buy, Bag: thrifted, Sunnies: vintage

I borrowed this adorable dress from my Etsy store for a mini birthday afternoon tea in Swan Valley (and took my vintage sunnies I found at Portobello Road out for its maiden outing).  We've been to Swan Valley more than a few times but it was only on this trip that we discovered the number of cafes/restaurants, nice ones I might add, we'd actually discounted.  None of us drink so we tend to skip over any sign or billboard with the word 'wine', which in Swan Valley is every other one.  Why we never thought that these places may actually serve food in addition to drinks, I haven't the faintest!!

The massive storm last week meant that I spent the night before my birthday powerless, yet again!  The power outage was a short-lived one, thankfully, and everything was back up and running in the morning.  It was so heartwarming to wake up to an inbox full of birthday greetings from around the world!!  I felt oh so loved... you know, that gooey feeling inside!  I am so thankful to have such lovely people in my life.

P.S. Thanks to all of you for sticking with my blog all this while. xx
