NYC Recessionista Roundup: Skater skirts

Skater skirts, or circle skirts as they are sometimes called, seem to be everywhere lately. I do love them because their full shape makes them very fun and flirty.

I will say though ... most women should probably do the fingertip test to make sure they're not too short :) AND make sure you're wearing the right tights / undergarments on a windy day!

Nevertheless, these skirts are a definite trend for spring!
