The highlight of day 2 was the return of Kenneth Cole Productions. He hadn’t produced a runway show in seven years and choose this season to return with a bang. Being Kenneth Cole, he couldn’t just have a show. He had a campaign. If you tweeted and used #kcrunway, he would donate $1 to amFar. At the start of the show he embraced social media. For the first time in history  a fashion show was instantly updated on Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook in addition to broadcasting live through the web. It was bold, different and very digital.  Below are my favorite looks from day 2, starting with a look from none other than Kenneth Cole.

1. Kenneth Cole Collection. The bronze paired with blue and green is fabulous. It’s a set of colors I would have never thought could work together. Plus I am loving the leather loafers. Fall 2013 Ready-to-Wear Kenneth Cole Collection

2.  Tadashi Shoji . Such a pretty dress. This color and shape would work on a variety of women which is great for commercial success. I also like the contrast of the hair slightly messy with such a polished piece. Fall 2013 Ready-to-Wear Tadashi Shoji

3. Holmes & Yang. From a brand you have probably never heard of, this denim shirt dress is what I like to call easy and stylish. Throw it on, and you look chic and put together without a lot of thought to it. Also loving the shoes that add a pop of color to the look.

Least Favorite Look:

BCBG Fur Disaster…I mean…Coat. Now I know I am going to get some push back on this because other fashion critics are raving about this coat, but I hate it. The different colors of fur paired with the leather sleeves is just tragic.
