Happy 2013!! Here is yet another workout for you to try. The weight is based on what I am able to lift, but you should all be able to do it, adding less or more weight as desired. When I did this workout I burned approximately563 calories according to my Garmin heart rate monitor. If you don't have a HR monitor, I HIGHLY recommend! It pushes me to workout harder and longer as I watch those calories burn and race against my last time when running.

Anyway, this a great full body workout and the leg moves really get your heart rate going to burn those calories! I hope you all have a fulfilling new year and reach all your goals. So here is to helping you get there!
