Hi There!

Today I am going to share with you my Acne Routine! As I have said before, I am diagnosed with true acne. I may only be 15, and you are probably thinking it is hormonal. But I had been tested several times, and I major in Health & Beauty. It is not hormonal. It is simply from my transition (completely other personal topic).

I will have to say that I personally have literally been through all the acne treatments available at the local drug stores (Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Rite Aid, etc.). I know some of you may not want to spend the extra 50 bucks on some face wash, but it is worth it. If you are here to see the 'cheapness' of my acne routine, this post is not up your alley. I personally don't have thefinancialconcernin spending the extra amount to get the 'better'.

I'm going to be up front and say that my 'acne routine' is definitely over 500 dollars. To be honest.

I am going to provide the price, a brief description, and computer generated photos (For better viewingpurposes).

I'll also put the format into steps (ie. Step 1.)

Step One

I personally only use this at night hence 'overnight'.

I personally use this morning and night after the 'Overnight Clearing Gel'

A super-concentrated, heavyweight cream that combats chronically dry, dehydrated and prematurely-aging skin conditions while it repairs and protects. As the richest Dermalogica Moisturizer, it soothes, hydrates and replenishes even the thirstiest skin while acting as a protective salve to fight extreme cold and dry environmental conditions. Contains no artificial fragrance or color

Additional Added Products Mixed In With Steps 1-7

Okay, this might be a little bit confusing, but these products are the same brand except for one product. Just used maybe twice or once a week. So it doesn't really count as a 'step'. Same format as above.

Dermalogica 2.6 OZ DailyMicrofoliant

$50.00 USD

I personally use this every other day.

This unique Rice-based enzyme powder microfoliates dulling debris and instantly leaves skin noticeably smoother and brighter. Contains no artificial fragrance or color.

Acneic and breakout-prone skin.

$43.00 USD

SK-II Cellumination Essence EX

A hydrating serum that restores the skin’s natural, healthy looking glow by evening out the tone.

$220.00 USD

I personally only use this product once a week.

This hydrating serum with New Aura Bright Complex works three ways to diffuse light reflectance within the surface so that your natural colors radiate a soft, translucent glow from within. It also hydrates and refines the surface to boost skin’s natural tone, and to help diminish the appearance of discoloration for a more even complexion.

I know it may seem like a lot. But coming from one that has had acne for as long as I can remember with about 85% of my faceentirelycovered bycysticacne, all these keep it completely controlled to theultimateminimum.

I alsorecommendto those who have acne, take about a week and completely stop your regimen. I know it sounds crazy you may think it will just make things worse. I do it once a month. Just stop using your products like you never owned them in the first place. My skin cleared so much during that week. Using too muchSalicylicacid and Benzoyl Peroxide can simply make everything worse for you skin. And break you out even more. I major in Health & Beauty.

I hope to hear what you use for your face care regimen! Always open to new products to check out! Let me know in the comments below!
