Last month, when Marshall’s contacted me about being involved in their Fall Challenge I was beyond excited and immediately accepted. They sent me a $100 gift card and asked me to create a complete fall look that reflected one of the season’s trends: Color, Prints, or Ladylike with an edge.  I headed to Marshalls with a clear mind and no set idea of what trend I wanted to put a look together for. I wanted to see what was available and go from there.

At first I was a little over whelmed by the huge selection but I quickly put my game face on and started searching through the endless racks. After making repeated trips to the dressing room and falling madly in love with this faux leather skirt I finally decided on doing the "Ladylike with an edge" trend. The oxford booties were a surprise find as when I first checked they were out of my size. I went back 10 minutes later and there they were! {I do need to say that the pieces you see in this post do not equal the full $100. I also bought the oxblood pants that I wore in a previous post and my total came to $105.}
