This year
Lucky Magazine added an extra day to the FABB conference called the "Experience Day". You had the choice to spend the day with editors in SoHo, Meatpacking, or the Upper East Side. I chose SoHo and was so happy I did. This experience day was truly a day that I will never forget filled with a lavish breakfast at the gorgeous
Crosby Street Hotel, frivolous shopping thanks to generous gift cards, great conversations, a celeb sighting, and a champagne toast. Here are some photos and a recap from the day:

After we mingled, ate, and chatted with the
Piperlime woman at breakfast we headed over to the brand new, first ever
Piperlime store as they were cutting the ribbon. The Lucky FABBers were the first shoppers in the store! {Talk about making girls feel special} The store is absolutely gorgeous and laid out so beautifully making it so easy to shop. I could have spent all day there. The shoe section blew my mind. They had this uniquely curved shoe self system the snaked throughout the center of the store with a different item in each hole. I swear each time I walked by I found something new.
With the adorable
Kendall after we made our purchases.
Love the quote on their window!
After
Piperlime we headed over to
Aritzia {A Canadian based store} which was such a gorgeous and fun store where the staff was so helpful. I found the perfect jersey white blazer that I had been dreaming about forever. On our way out of the store who do we see?
Lauren Conrad! Since I hadn't been able to get a photo with her the day before I quickly grew the nerves to ask her for one then and she was so kind to agree to do so. I was uncontrollably shaking afterwards that I couldn't help but laugh. I had literally just met one of my favorite celebrities ever and crashed her casual shopping day!

The rest of the day went so fast as we shopped from
TopShop to
Kate Spade then to
Calypso to end the day with a champagne toast. I literally fell in love with every item at the
Kate Spade store including the ? purse in the photo above. I would have walked out with everything had my wallet allowed it. I finally did decide to splurge on a little birthday present for myself which I will share with you soon.
surprise blogger meet up on the streets of SoHo
I will never be able to thank
Lucky Magazine enough for the most amazing two days. This experience day will be something that I will treasure forever!
More to come tomorrow!
