February can drag, am I right? Winter lingering around, all cold wind and too many layers, with spring still out of reach. What better way to brighten things up than to grab some of the loudest colors in your closet?

I started off by pairing the hot pink blouse and cobalt trousers together. Added the white bubble necklace and blue pumps (which just happened to match the trousers, fancy that), and topped with the blazer to temper things.
