I love when the weather gets cold enough to comfortably knit again. Knitting is one of my (sort of recent) favorite hobbies, and I'm glad to share this activity with my friend Nnenna! Last weekend, we headed to Yarntopia in my neighborhood for a closeout sale. We celebrated after with baklava from a local Hungarian bakery.

Oxblood is apparently the "it" color of the season (you may know it affectionately as maroon, burgundy or bordeaux). These pants from Uniqlo are my new basics—they fit like a dream and feel like pajamas. Plus, they're only $19.99.

Obviously I do not enjoy ironing. Yikes.

I took off my rings earlier that day when I went on a run and forgot to slip them back on after (I feel naked without them). Also, don't mind my chipped nails...
