Whoever came up with the design of looped fringe forgot to calculate the amount of times the wearer would snag on to something. 18 times in a day - ish. But it's frustration I'm willing to deal with because I vapidly outweigh pretty over practicality. And I get a million compliments when I wear it. And the Zara in Vegas is gold because it's not picked over at all. And the entire store was on sale. And that's where I got this.
