One of my fashion rules I have is not to
mix brown and black. Even my (sometimes) fashion challenged husband
knows if he's wearing a brown belt, he can't wear his black shoes.
However, I have now found the exception to this rule: leopard print.
Why? Both colors are already built into the pattern.
I can now wear black and brown together without feeling like Joan Rivers would nominate me for Worst Dressed on Fashion Police.
