If this looks familiar, it's because I gave you a sneak preview of this post on Instagram and Facebook, and I also included a detail shot of the blouse and jacket in my Target Neiman Marcus review on Fashion Trend Guide.

Admittedly, I was slightly stumped as to how to style the Tracy Reese sequin blouse at first glance. Since I have sequins on the brain this time of year, I gravitated towards a look that was festive yet casual enough for daytime. The addition of the gold sequin jacket was actually a fluke, as I recently pulled it out of the dark reaches of my closet in order to style some potential party looks for the holidays. To avoid an over-the-top sequin fest, I relied upon my closet standbys of skinny jeans and ankle boots to give my outfit a more relaxed vibe. There you have it...I broke my own style rule of not wearing more than one sequin piece at a time!
