Boho meets preppy on a January day so warm that you couldn't possibly refute global warming. This is one of my favorite hidden-feeling but really not-so-hidden streets in historic Georgetown.  It's perfect for walking off brunch at Kafe Napoleon followed by a giant cupcake from Baked and Wired.
