Don't you hate when you wake up late on a day you planned to have a dim sum brunch? Dim sum connoisseurs would know, the best time to enjoy these delicacies on the weekend is around 10:30 am. Come any later and you risk fighting a crowd to get a table, especially if you go to a popular place. Well I decided to hit snooze a few too many times and didn't make it to Jing Fong restaurant until after noon, so the crowd was bananas when we got there. It's okay though — the delicious dim sum was totally worth the wait!
