I love peplum and I love sweet little polka dots so when I saw this top at Target I was just delighted! I was concerned I might look like a clown when I put it on because of all of the different polka dot colors but I actually think it looks so cute and cheery. I know that the zipper is supposed to be in back but I thought "Hey! What if I turn this around and make a peplum jacket instead of just a top!?" So that is exactly what I did. And there you have it, this sweet little top can also be worn as a jacket turned around!

I also found those studded flats at Target and they go with just about anything. The gold studs on the back add such a cute detail. Studs are so trendy trendy right now.

I'm going to call this my sunshine outfit. How could you have a bad day wearing all these cheery, colorful polka dots?!
