I don’t usually shop at Forever 21. The large selection overwhelms me and the loud music make my head hurt. But once in a while, I’ll venture in and do a quick scan (I don’t walk in more than 20 feet before I usually turn around). One of these special times was when I found this top. I feel like I’m channeling my inner Elle Fanning in this black and white bow blouse, a style that can be found everywhere right now. Paired with killer black jeans and a red lip…I’m in love!
